Conditions Required from the Applicants
Employees
- Nationality : Egyptian.
- Age: Minimum age of 24 years old and maximum age of 60 years old at the end of the financing payment period.
- Total monthly income: not to be less than 4,000 EGP.
- Employment period with the current employer : not to be less than Two Years .
Businessmen & Professionals
- Nationality : Egyptian.
- Age : Minimum age of 25 years old and maximum age of 65 years old at the end of the financing payment period.
Required Documents
General Documents
- A valid National ID Card.
- Completed loan application form with all data.
- An enrollment certificate from the educational facility stating the total value of the required tuition fees, the name of the student (the son or daughter of the client) and the academic year
Other Documents based on the Applicants’ Category
Businessmen and Professionals
- A Valid Commercial register
- License to practice & Operation license
- A valid Taxation card.
Employees
- Original recent income certificate approved by the employer indicating the date of appointment, job grade and monthly income or a bank statement of 6 months showing the customer’s salary or receipt slips approved by the company Stamp HR.
- The Bank has the right to request additional documents if necessary.
