SAIB Bank participated as a main sponsor of a concert held to raise funds for Ahl Masr Hospital. Ahl Masr Hospital is the first of its kind in Egypt, the Middle East and Africa to provide free treatment for victims of trauma and burns.

saib Bank participated as the main sponsor of the concert held to raise funds for the National Cancer Institute. It provides its services to about 300,000 cancer patients annually and is considered the largest institute in Egypt that serves this huge number of cancer patients of all ages for free.

In 2023, saib Bank signed a cooperation agreement to support the “Water for Life” initiative to implement the project to establish a water purification station with natural filtration technology ( RBF ) in Luxor in cooperation with the Royal 6th of October Rotary Club and the Luxor Water and Sanitation Company. This project will contribute to providing clean water to more than 25,000 citizens in areas suffering from water poverty in Luxor Governorate.

Due to the role of the banking system in supporting the national economy and effectively contributing to supporting the country to overcome the Corona virus crisis, the bank pumped 10 million pounds by joining as a main participant within the activities of the national initiative launched by the Egyptian Banks Union to face the economic repercussions resulting from the spread of the new Corona virus (COVID 19). In this context, president Abdel Fattah El-Sisi honored saib Bank in appreciation of its pioneering role in supporting the "Tahya Misr" Fund, and granted it a certificate of thanks and appreciation for its national role and contribution to supporting the Fund's projects. This honor comes within the bank’s effective role in community work, and in line with the country’s Vision 2030 in various vital sectors.

Saib Bank signed a cooperation protocol with "Baheya Foundation for Early Detection and Treatment of Breast Cancer" to provide financial and moral support to the foundation, the bank supported the foundation with an amount of 3 million Egyptian pounds to sponsor awareness seminars conducted by a team from Baheya Foundation throughout the country.

saib Bank signed a cooperation protocol with Magdi Yacoub Foundation for Cardiology and Research -which is considered one of the largest and leading national institutions in the field of health care- to provide free medical services for patients with cardiovascular diseases, under which the bank will bear the cost of heart catheterization operations for children with special needs (Down Syndrome) in Aswan Heart Center during Year 2021 . In 2023, saib Bank signed A new cooperation protocol with Magdy Yacoub Foundation for Cardiac Diseases and Research, worth three million Egyptian pounds, under which the bank will provide support to the foundation to establish one of the radiology and examination rooms at the Magdy Yacoub International Heart Center in Cairo, in addition to supporting a number of open-heart surgeries and supporting the training of eight nurses for a full year.

saib Bank signed a cooperation agreement with Ibrahim A. Badran Charity Foundation, through which medical convoys were equipped and operated within the “Health and Momentum Initiative”. These convoys visited special needs' institutions and provided the necessary medical services to more than 500 patients in Greater Cairo.
